Do you ever doubt yourself or wonder, what's wrong with me?  The inclination to focus on our weaknesses and look for ways to fix them is a natural human tendency. However, there may be a better approach.

When we link our values, what's important to us, with what we are good at we identify our character strengths. Researchers have identified 24 character strengths that, when exercised regularly, raise our level of life satisfaction.

A strengths-based organization fosters high levels of performance and productivity, nurtures positive relationships among co-workers, and drives engagement and motivation.

Prior to the workshop, participants are asked to take the Character Strengths Survey and bring a printed version of their survey to the workshop. As we review the results and identify ways in which strengths can support their work, we also look at the advantages of having diverse strengths among team members.
