Positive Exercises

Positive exercises increase well-being by focusing on and cultivating all the aspects of Positive Psychology including pleasant emotions, character strengths, resiliency, meaning and purpose and gratitude.  Use them as exercises for yourself or with others to help address life challenges or to take advantage of opportunities such as goal-setting, building optimism, and identifying and using one’s strengths. All exercises include instructions and relevant scientific findings where available.  They are easy to download and print for use in your personal or professional situation.
