About Positivity at Work

Positivity At Work consists of eight workshops designed to raise the level of positivity, well being, and productivity in your workplace.

While some clients book all eight workshops, other clients pick and choose from among the topics and tailor a program for their organizations’ specific needs.

During each interactive two-hour workshop, we discuss the definition, criteria, and benefits associated with the Positivity at Work topic. Through a series of exercises and discussions, participants practice the application of that workshop's focus. Finally, each participant sets a goal and an action plan to put the topic into practice, in both their personal and professional lives.
